Hi there, my name is Larisa Sipek.

I want to share a bit of my journey with you, especially if you’re feeling the weight of chronic stress bearing down on you. I’ve been there, pushed to my limits by the demands of work and life until it all became too much. I didn’t know how to take care of myself and it culimated in a breakdown.

My state of being was severe, and it required psychiatric intervention. I share this with you because I want you to know that there are practices you can integrate into your life right now to help you achieve natural balance and change relationship with stress, so you that don’t have to travel down that path. I took a leap of faith to discover and master them, transforming my life, and the lives of many individuals.

I now help other women break out of the cycle of chronic stress, and discover their own path to wellness, happiness and fulfilment. As a human being, daughter, sister, wife, friend, and mother I am on a purpose-driven mission to connect with other women, empowering them to find their voice and connect with their hearts.
